For event organizers
Group transport for events,
coordinated in one place.
Multi-vehicle, multi-day, multi-vendor bookings built for the people who plan events — not for one-off airport runs. Wedding planners, corporate event managers, schools, DMCs, and gala coordinators welcome.

What organizers get
Built for the bookings a normal site doesn't model
The standard online-charter booking flow assumes one vehicle, one trip, one payer. Events rarely look like that. Here's what the organizer surface is designed to handle.
One request, multiple operators
Multi-vehicle, single dashboard
Group coordination built in
Multi-day itinerary support
Manifests and event-specific paperwork
Net-30 and PO invoicing for qualifying accounts
Honest about where we are
We’re working with organizer pilots one at a time right now.
The operator side is live and growing. The full organizer toolset — multi-vehicle quote builder, multi-day itinerary planning, manifest upload, group pay, net-30 invoicing — is under active build. If you have an event coming up and want to be early, tell us about it and we’ll work the booking with you directly while the self-serve tools come online.
FAQ
Common questions
Who is this for?
Anyone who books group transportation for events as part of their job: wedding planners, corporate event managers, school athletic directors, DMCs, tour operators, nonprofit coordinators, and sports / faith group leaders. If you've spent an afternoon calling charter companies for quotes, the platform is built for you.
How is this different from booking on the public site?
The public booking flow at letzcharter.com is built for simple one-off trips. The organizer tools are built for events with multiple vehicles, multiple stops, multiple days, or multiple payers — the kind of coordination a typical booking flow doesn't model.
What does it cost organizers?
Organizer access is free during the pilot. After the public marketplace launches, an event-management fee is planned for multi-operator bookings only — single-operator events stay free for the organizer. Final pricing will be published before any fee turns on; nothing is charged retroactively.
Is this live today?
The landing page you're reading is live. The full organizer toolset (multi-vehicle quote builder, multi-day itinerary planning, group pay, manifest upload, net-30 invoicing) is being built; the schedule is published on the roadmap. If you have an event coming up and want to be early, get in touch below — we work with organizer pilots one-by-one during this phase.
Can I bring my preferred operator?
Yes. If you already work with a specific charter, limo, or shuttle company, we can invite them into the platform so your existing relationship continues with the tooling on top. Operators already on the platform are listed in our directory.
Will my client data be private?
Guest lists, manifests, and payment details are visible only to you and the operator(s) you book. We don't sell organizer data and we don't resell your contact list. See our privacy policy for specifics.
